What is the guarantee on network points?
We offer a 1-year guarantee on all installed network points.
What is the guarantee on hardware?
All networking hardware, Wi-Fi access points, and CCTV hardware come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 1 or 2 years, depending on the brand.
What is our turnaround time?
We schedule site visits within 24 to 48 hours after your call is logged. Once assessed, we provide a formal quote within 24 to 48 hours.
Where are we based?
We are based in Cape Town and Gauteng. Additionally, we have a national footprint of dedicated subcontractors to assist in areas where we are not able to reach directly.
